Submitted abstracts will be considered for inclusion in the scientific programme. Accepted contributions may be presented in different communication formats, according to the final programme arrangement.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to follow specific technical and logistical instructions related to their assigned presentation format, including time allocation, file preparation, format specifications, and delivery or upload deadlines.
Detailed guidelines for presentations will be provided after acceptance and must be strictly respected in order to ensure the smooth running of the sessions.
12-minute presentations (we will be strict with the time) + 3 minutes of questions.
Preferred format: PowerPoint in widescreen (16:9).

In any case, presentations may also be delivered directly in the corresponding room 15–30 minutes before the start of the oral session.
